Pre-Design work, Conceptual Design, Design / Code Reviews and Project Management.
We offer both Design and Project Management Consultancy as a service.
Design consultancy may involve us doing client site surveys, concept design, initial or/and detailed design. We can providing external 3rd party design reviews and governance for design documentation (URS and FDS etc). Past experience has shown us that up front design reviews saves a lot of time and cost of rework later in the project.
Project Management is a key part to any successful project delivery. TGN offer Project Management services, stepping in and supporting your project with experienced project managers qualified to AMP, PRINCE2 and MSP. We have experience of NEC and IChemE contract frameworks.
